We pre ordered it a few months back, probably during or after eid, when we collected all our eid money because that's how we could afford it. We asked them to send it to my house here in Hatfield because we ordered it from Gamestop Uk so shipping would be cheaper.
My sister did the whole ordering process and filling in the boxes with details and she accidentally put in the wrong house number, so she emailed them about it and they replied and said it's been done.
Then the date that they were supposed to ship out the items comes and I have not received any email from them about our order. So my sister emails them asking about it, and it took them almost
a week to get back to her about it. She emails them again and in this email she states how she is disappointed with their service and then only did they reply and apologized and said they were receiving large volumes of customer enquiries. They say that they will ship it out tomorrow and classify it as urgent.

I check my email the next day, and I got one of those receipt things mentioning I have an order/parcel dispatched and I check to see that they did not change the address that we gave them. My sister and I start panicking because they're sending it to the wrong house and we spent most of our eid money on this and it was so frustrating because she had already emailed them about the change of address. When we realized that they are sending it to the wrong address we emailed Gamestop about it and ... No reply.
There is a happy ending to this story, I went to the house that they sent it too and got the parcel from them *whew. I was afraid they might send it back and that they were going to be angry receiving a parcel that wasn't theirs or worse, they might refuse to give it to me and say that its theirs because it was delivered to their home but the lady at the door was really nice and she gave me the parcel without any hassle.
There is still no reply from Gamestop nor an apology. This experience has been horrible and my sister and I will not be ordering from them again. I know this wouldn't have happened if we had made sure that we typed down the correct address but I feel like Gamestop could have done better communicating with us, their customer. It's like the moment the box was shipped whatever happened was none of their concern anymore. If the box arrived safely or not, it wasn't their problem, not their fault. That's what I think is going on in their heads anyway.

Let me try to list down the items in the box from the top of my head.

-The inquisition crest
-Four statues
-A stack of tarot cards
-Coins
-A map of Thedas
-A cd case

Okay, so I had to scroll down to look at the pictures to make sure I didn't leave anything out and I think I've managed to list everything.
The map looks really good and feels really good too. I don't own any Blackmilk clothing but I imagine that if I did it would look and feel like the map, and I've heard Blackmilk clothing is really good quality and the pattern/image doesn't stretch and fade. I'm disappointed with the lockpick set, because I was under the impression that it could be use for real. Am I stupid and naive to think so? Probably lol. But think about it, wouldn't it be so cool if you could use it for real? Bioware might get in trouble though for encouraging lockpickers so I kinda get why it's not made for real life use. I'll admit I did try to use it on my doorknob (this was before my sister told me the truth about the lockpick set) and while doing so I broke one of the lockpicks.

| I really love the tarot cards, the images on each card is amazing. It's artwork. I plan to get some of the cards - not all of them because there's a lot of them - framed back home because it needs to be displayed and not left in the bottom of a drawer. |

Do I think what we paid for was worth it? Hmm.... It's grey. The tarot cards, map and statues were probably the few things I feel made the box worth getting. Not impressed with the lockpick set or the crest and indifferent about the coins. Aside from the fact that the lockpick set could not be used for reals, they feel cheap. Eventhough it's not meant for real use it could've been better made.
Despite all that I am obsessed with the game. I've only invested 50-ish hours into the game so far but I can say I am not disappointed. I'm loving the storyline so far and the headcanon that I have for my character, Calyssa. She's a warrior mage and in a relationship with Blackwall hehe.
Came for the Cullen but I stayed for the beard hahaha.
