So two weeks ago I went to see one of my best mates as it was her birthday weekend. She lives in Coventry and I go there a lot but not so recently, what with assignments and all that. We planned to go to Birmingham and do some shopping until her housemate told/reminded her about this event about cakes and baking. I'm not really into baking, unless its eating them but my best mate loves baking and I knew she really wanted to go and it was her birthday weekend too so I said I'd go.
No regrets! It was fun, and I got to see so many awesome creations and tasted some awesome brownies and this thing called a tweener (?). I think I was more excited than my best mate though hahaha.

They were really good too. May have taken more than my fair share lol. But I justify it with the fact that I rarely get to taste her baking and her housemates always do :p
I think she told me there will be another one next year in London. Might go with my mom if she's still keen.
